Dear Clients, Patients and Friends of Community Veterinary Clinic,
Our team is following the news and is fully aware of the severity the Coronavirus is causing to our community. While we remain open during this difficult time, we are diligently trying to make changes to our daily routine for our staff, clients, and patients to ensure the welfare and health of our staff and clients. We are taking measures of cleaning in the hospital multiple times an hour to keep as clean of an environment as possible. We do ask if you have any signs of illness to have a friend or family member bring your pet in for you to help keep our staff healthy so they can be here to care for your pets.
To help keep the number of people in the lobby low we are asking the following:
• If your pet just needs vaccines, we are willing to come out to your car so you don’t have to expose yourself to a lobby full of people.
• If your pet is needing a simple recheck appointment that you feel can be discussed over a phone call, Facetime or Skype, feel free to reach out to us in any of these ways.
• If your pet needs urgent care and you are coming to the office for an appointment please limit the number of people bringing the pet down to 1 unless a care taker is necessary.
• If you are picking up food or medication we can bring the items out to your car. We are also offering food and medications to be delivered to your home. Please ask our staff about delivery options available.
• Some non-essential procedures, such as nail trims and physical exams, on pets not showing any signs of disease may need to be postponed.
Thank you for understanding and working with us during this time. If there are any other ways we can accommodate you and your pets please be sure to reach out to us.
